IT Service Management

Many organisations decide to implement ITIL based processes through a structured programme of learning & development coupled with a combination of support services to enhance the practicalities of implementation.

A full range of ITIL accredited courses is available covering both V2 and V3:

The first ITIL V3 intermediate courses have now been released covering the Service Lifecycle and Service Capability Streams and providing study towards the ITIL Expert qualification.

Additional support and consultancy services are available to enhance an organisation's progress towards maturity and achieving Best Practice in IT Service Management. We can develop a programme to meet your specific needs from introduction to assessment for ISO20000. Ongoing support is available to supplement internal resources where required.

Every member of the IT department has a role to play in the provision of IT services to their customers and this responsibility is more acceptable if staff acknowledge and understand the disciplines of service management and fully appreciate why they are being implemented.

If you wish to discuss your specific requirements in more detail please
Contact Us.
