Best Practice Executive Overview
Executive Overview sessions are designed to introduce Executives and Senior management levels to the ITIL Framework, and how it can initiate, improve or enhance an organisation's internal common understanding.
They may be used as an enabler towards gaining agreement for an ITIL based strategy or to increase the depth of knowledge and commitment in a more mature environment.
The Executive Overviews can be delivered in a variety of formats providing a high level view of ITIL and incorporating discussions of the effects it would have on the organisation's participants.
Audience
This program is for Executives and Senior Management who:
